Erin Rakickas leads Enterprise Observability Strategy for Accenture's Global IT organization. He is responsible for the vision, architecture, and adoption of observability capabilities that help engineering teams improve reliability, performance, and operational efficiency at global scale. Erin led Accenture's adoption of Datadog seven years ago, helping grow the platform to support more than 750 applications and over 1,500 monthly users. Outside of work, he enjoys playing French horn with local community bands in the Chicago area.
