Ashley is a Principal Infrastructure Engineer at Capital One, where she focuses on observability adoption and helping engineering teams improve how they work. She developed the Observability Maturity Scorecard while leading a large scale Datadog migration at Discover Financial. Outside of work Ashley enjoys exploring the outdoors and making memories with family.
