Ty Connor currently serves as the Sr. Director, Channels & Alliances North America. In his role, he operates an organization of 20 Partner Managers focusing on co-selling & driving revenue with GSI, RSI, VAR, Security & cloud partners.

Prior to Datadog, Ty held Channel leadership roles at both DataRobot and AppDynamics leading his team's partner go to market strategy and surpassing $100M in net new ARR contribution.

Throughout the course of Ty’s career, he has been consistently recognized as a top performer in multiple capacities and a valuable team leader. His hard work ethic is complemented by his interpersonal skills, desire to win, and optimistic view in every situation.
