Steve Rayko is an engineering leader with over twenty years of experience supporting and scaling teams across the UK, Israel, and the USA. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Zilch, he is dedicated to leading the entire engineering organisation through its next chapter of growth.

Steve believes that the most significant business growth stems from a proactive environment where teams are given autonomy, accountability and support to achieve technical excellence at scale. His approach focuses on building "T-shaped" teams that can navigate diverse cultures and complex technical challenges with candour, empathy and collaboration.

Throughout his career, he has focused on driving transformational impact within several global technology organisations, including Intel, Google and Deliveroo.

Steve holds an Executive MBA with first-class honours from Tel-Aviv University, a BA in Computer Science with first-class honours from the Technion and also spent three and a half years pursuing an MSc in Applied Mathematics at Tashkent State University.
