Justin Powell is Head of Mobile at Captur, where he leads the company’s mobile engineering and delivers high-performance iOS and Android experiences that enable Captur’s on-device machine learning to work in production. He focuses on building scalable mobile foundations, strong release processes and reliable deployment across thousands of devices from the latest flagship smartphones to older and entry-level devices. Prior to joining Captur, Justin was a Staff Software Engineer at Qualcomm, where he developed Python-based test and validation infrastructure for system-on-chip (SoC) platforms.
