Arthur is a Senior Engineering Manager at Redfin, and has been building the fledgling Site Reliability function since 2021. He leads the teams responsible for the infrastructure, programs, and tools for empowering developers to own and improve their operations and service health. Arthur's work passion is using data to drive strategy rooted in a company's culture. Previously, Arthur led various platform teams at VTS, and data integration, evaluation, and release in Google's project to map the world. To see him light up, though, starting talking about art history, eau de vie, or theatre.

Kevin is a Senior Software Engineer at Cambia Health Solutions, where he leads the design and build of authentication systems for millions of healthcare members across six regional health plans. As part of his day to day, he improves and maintains critical member experience platform capabilities that provide access to health benefits, claims, and resources while ensuring high availability and rapid incident response.

Previously, he managed cloud-based tax systems at Nike's e-commerce platform, bringing valuable experience in high-stakes production environments.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys exploring Oregon with his wife and their two dogs, River and Fable.
