Additional Registration Terms for Government Attendees
Attendance is complimentary; light bites and beverages will be provided to attendees. The estimated fair market value per person is $80 ($50 food, $30 beverages). Attendees are responsible for complying with their organization’s gift and ethics policies and applicable laws regarding acceptance of meals and entertainment. If you are required to reimburse the value of the meals, payment can be made onsite by cash or check and a receipt will be provided. Please contact your organization’s ethics office or legal counsel with any questions regarding eligibility to accept refreshments at this event.
